1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Reservation enquiries by phone or email — we keep your name, contact details, and reservation details for as long as needed to honour the booking and for our own bookkeeping.
- Travel-trade partner form — when you submit the partner application form on our site, we receive your email address and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
- Technical logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs including IP address and user-agent for security and abuse prevention.
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in operating the website and responding to enquiries.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions and email enquiries are retained for up to 1 year unless they lead to an ongoing business relationship. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's policy.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Croatian data-protection authority (AZOP). To exercise any of these rights, email karlo.pap@mrzlingrad.com.
6. Third-party services
- Netlify — site hosting and form submission storage (USA / EU edge).
- Google Maps — embedded map on our location page; Google's privacy policy applies to that iframe.
- Google Fonts — typography served from Google's CDN.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
